Payment

All amounts displayed on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK), including 5% artist's tax for unique designs and exclusive delivery costs. All other product prices are shown in DKK including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

Kunstplaner ApS accepts online payments with [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MobilePay Online]. We do not impose any transaction fees on your purchase.

Payment for your order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Kunstplaner ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery

We only deliver items within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-8 business days. If you order on a weekend or holiday, the item will be sent on the first business day. If you order on a weekday before 12:00 pm, the item will be shipped the same day.

If there are any exceptional circumstances causing a delay in delivery, we will inform you by email.

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - except for the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All items are delivered by [UPS, FedEx, Danske Fragtmænd, GLS and PostNord].

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 14-day full return policy for items purchased on our webshop.

The period runs from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are borne by you, and the choice of carrier is yours.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The message must be given by email to martin@herodt.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to Kunstplaner ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw your purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.

WARRANTY

Under Danish law, there is a 2-year warranty on products for material and/or manufacturing defects.

A warranty claim must be communicated to Kunstplaner ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. One month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Kunstplaner ApS covers the cost of returning the item to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent by COD.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you buy a product and provide us with information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including our freight handling, which is not developed by Kunstplaner ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal information.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you can use one of the following options to file a complaint:

  • Center for Complaint Resolution, via the complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaint portal.
  • Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
  • If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint to the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.
